This is a contemporary Channel ring with three ash areas. Made with highly visible ashes in the middle channel and less visible ashes to the sides. This can also be made with fully hidden ashes or fully visible on request.
The colour used in this example is 'Black' in the middle and 'Grey' to the sides.
The handmade section of the ring is the 10mm x 5mm stone in the middle and 7mm x 5mm stones to the sides and contains the cremation ashes. The final look of the ring will resemble the ring in the images but not exactly due to the varying ashes. If you don't know you ring size you can purchase a ring sizer here. You will need to add this to your ring order so you're not charged shipping twice. Simply leave the ring size box blank and let us know your ring size when you receive your sizer.
You must make sure you order the correct size ring as once the ashes have been interred refunds cannot be given if the ring doesn't fit.

What is the process for sending Ashes, Hair or Fur?
The materials will need to be packaged in a sealed bag and its always good to tape up the seal for extra measure.
The postal method you use to send the materials are your own preference. Ideally use a padded envelope to protect the ashes.
Once I receive the materials, I always inform customers to put their mind at rest.
SamFire is based in Ironbridge, Shropshire and the address is sent to you within the order confirmation email.

Firstly we would like to offer our condolences for your loss. Secondly please be reassured that every step of this process is carried out with the utmost respect for the ashes, Hair or fur.
When you are ready, we will need approximately a tablespoon measure of ashes to make the stone. This will need to be carefully placed into a bag with a tight seal and tape the end to make it extra secure.
Once the ashes are ready send them to:

As soon as we receive the ashes we will let you know and hopefully this will put your mind at ease.
We will then start the process of making your order ensuring that the ashes hair or fur are cared for at all times.
If during the process I have left over materials that contain ashes, I will never dispose of them, they are made into a pocket keepsake and included in your parcel no matter how small or big that may be.
Once your order is complete, it's packaged and despatched along with any remaining ashes. The package you receive will be a small parcel and will need signing for on delivery.

Each listing has a colour chart within the images. You can choose from 50 colours available. Colours can come out slight lighter or slightly darker than the colour you see. All ashes come in different shades which will have an affect on the finished results.
You can add glitter or opal glitter flakes to any item. Also you can add gold, silver or rose gold leaf.
When you've made your choices you need to put them into the personalisation box before adding to the cart.
